This illustration has been awarded with the American Illustration AI 42 selection.
The European Space Agency reached out to me to develop two artworks about the Orion spacecraft on top of the Artemis rocket and its journey to Mars. We thought of exploiting the duality of Earth and Moon. One image from Earth depicting the past and what we've reached so far and one from the Moon looking ahead to the Red Planet.
